Where does the AIKA brand name come from?

The answer is simple – AIKA (time) is what pets miss most from their owners. On the other hand, AIKA is also a tribute to our founding veterinarians. Veterinarians Aimo Niskanen and Kauko Kauppinen founded Biofarm Oy 37 years ago – AIKA is also a combination of their first names. Biofarm proudly continues its operations as a domestic manufacturer on the path they paved – with a cause that is important to animals.
