Vitamin E deficiency can cause disturbances in muscle function (muscle stiffness, muscle soreness, decreased performance). Symptoms of vitamin E deficiency also include weight gain problems, hormonal disorders and reduced immunity. Foals may experience muscle and movement disorders. Vitamin E is obtained, for example, from fresh grass and industrial feed products. The need for vitamin E increases in horses that are fed fat supplements (oils, fats).
The strain caused by demanding training and competition also increases the need for vitamin E. Natural Black Horse Natural E is also suitable for foals and broodmares, as well as for stallions preparing for the breeding season, and can be used throughout the breeding season. The use of vitamin E is also recommended for horses that do not go out to pasture in the summer, as well as for older horses to support their immune system.
