The product includes, among others nettle powder, grass meal and seaweed. In the nettle, iron is organically bound and therefore very absorbent. Iron compounds alone are not always enough to raise iron values. Trace elements, primarily copper and vitamins C, B6, B12, vitamin E and folic acid is also needed.
