Milka Instant is a drinking feed for young calves immediately after the colostrum period.
Milka Instant contains the Protection Plus system, which helps to reduce the possibility of
getting harmful infections during the drinking period. The Protection Plus system helps to improve the young calf's
resistance by supporting critical digestive functions.

Instructions for use
The recommended drink concentration is 12.5%, i.e. the amount to be used per liter of finished drink is approximately 125 g of milk powder.
1. Pour some clean warm water (approx. 40 - 50 °C) into a clean container or mixer.
2. Weigh or measure the Milka Instant and mix with the warm water. Mix until the powder is dissolved.
3. Add the rest of the water so that the temperature of the finished drink is 38 °C when the calf is about to drink.
Birth weight also plays a role in the variation in consumption. Heavier calves can tolerate higher feeding rates.
• The amount of water a calf needs in liters is approx. 10 – 17% of the calf’s live weight.
• A higher intake rate results in faster daily growth, but too high a dosage increases the risk of diarrhea.
• Too low an intake rate weakens the calf’s resistance. and exposes to infectious diseases and other illnesses.
The pH of the Milka Instant product is approx. 5.0 and it can be further acidified if desired.
