Ingredients and almost neutral pH of the shampoo helps to maintain normal protective bacteria on the skin.

Gammalinolenic acid is one of the essential fatty acids for the pets and has a very important role in the skin. It maintains hydration and elasticity of the skin by helping in binding of water in to the surface cells of the skin. Gammalinolenic acid is also very important for the synthesis of the protective inflammatory mediators (PGE1) in the skin.

Vitamin E in the Helomax balsam potentiates the effectiveness of the Gammalinolenic acid and  prevents development of the harmful inflammatory mediators in the skin. It also protects EFAs in the product.

Gammalinolenic acid and vitamin E together are important for normal health of the skin especially in atopic dogs. They reduce pruritus, inflammation and dryness of the skin and increase the shine of the coat.

Usage instructions: After the shampoo has been rinsed , massage balsam into towel-dry coat. Leave it on for few minutes and rinse thoroughly.
